Delete account
Aap kabhi bhi apna Baill Ji account aur personal data delete karwa sakte hain. This page explains how to ask, what we delete, and what we have to keep by law. It applies to the Baill Ji website (baillji.com) and the Baill Ji Android app.
How to request deletion
- Message us on WhatsApp from your registered mobile number, or email us from your registered email address, and say you want your account deleted.
- We confirm the request with you on the same number or email.
- Your account is deleted within 7 days of that confirmation, and we tell you when it is done.

What we delete
- Your account and login details (name, mobile number, email, password, Google sign-in link)
- Saved delivery addresses
- Wishlist and saved cart
- Product reviews you wrote are removed or shown without your name
What we keep, and for how long
- Order records and invoices (items, amounts, delivery address and date) are kept for the period Indian tax and accounting law (GST) requires (up to 8 years), and then deleted. They are not used for marketing.
- Payment records are held by our payment partner (Razorpay) under its own policy. We never store your card or UPI details.
You can also log out at any time from Account → Logout; that also removes saved addresses from that phone. See our Privacy Policy for everything we collect and why.
